FREE VIRTUAL WEBINAR

Want to learn all about Estate Planning in a friendly, educational environment? Sign up for one of our upcoming FREE VIRTUAL WORKSHOPS, presented by attorney Ryan Duffy!

Our Virtual Process

  • Step 1: Attend a Virtual Educational Workshop OR a Peace of Mind Planning Session

Attend one of our FREE Virtual Workshops where we will teach you everything you need to know about Estate Planning. Alternatively, you can schedule a FREE Peace of Mind Planning Session with Attorney Ryan Duffyto know each other, review your goals and objectives, and talk about your options and our packages and fees.

  • Step 2: Estate Plan Design Meeting

Your second meeting with us is vour Estate Plan Design Meeting. We'll roll up our sleeves and design your estate planning documents. Nothing vou decide in this meeting is set in stone: vou'll have lots of chances to make changes throughout the process. This meeting will happen via Microsoft Teams.

  • Step 3: Document Review

After vour Estate Plan Design Meeting, we'll draft vour estate planning documents. This will take us about 2- 4 weeks. Once vour documents are ready, we'll email them to you for your review (it will be dozens of pages!). Along with vour documents, we'll send a video reviewing the documents in detail, along with frequently asked questions so you feel comfortable signing. If you need to, we can schedule an additional virtual meeting.

  • Step 4: Document Signing

Since we are a 100% virtual law firm, we do not host signing ceremonies. However, we arrange for a mobile notary to come to your home, along with witnesses (if needed), and sign the estate planning documents. Once the documents have been signed, notarized, and witnessed, they are official! Your family and assets are now protected. Congratulations!

  • Step 5: Binder Delivery

After vou have signed vour documents, we will prepare vour Estate Planning Binder, which will hold your signed estate planning documents. You'll get your Binder via Fed Ex about 10 days after your Signing Ceremony. If you decided on a Revocable Living Trust, now you can start moving vour assets into vour trust- aka "Trust Funding"!

  • Complimentary Annual Review

Estate Planning is not something you do once and never think about again. Your life, your assets, and the law will all change. Your plan needs to keep up! We reach out once a vear to see if there have been any major changes in vour life that might require a tweak to vour documents. This annual review is complimentary. Any changes will be billed at our then- current rates.
