WHAT IS A VIRTUAL LAW PRACTICE?

Virtual law firms offer the same services as traditional brick-and-mortar law firms without being tied down to one location. With access from anywhere, these virtual practices can serve all of North or South Carolina with ease. A virtual law firm is also able to leverage technology and offer cost-effective and convenient legal services to clients.

Unlike document preparation websites (LegalZoom, TrustandWill.com) licensed virtual attorneys provide advice and create documents tailored to a client’s unique needs.

Estate Planning of the Carolinas was formed to make estate planning and related legal services accessible, convenient and affordable to everyone in North and South Carolina. With a revolutionary business model, we offer a free initial consultation using videoconferencing technology.

As a virtual, web-based law office, appointments are not necessary. We do not bill hourly. Rather, we offer a transparent, flat-fee pricing model. You can contact the office 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, during your lunch break or after dinner.  Send us a message, and we will respond to you within 24 hours.

At Estate Planning of the Carolinas, you receive high-quality estate planning services when and how it is convenient for you.
